Alternatives to Conventional Guns for Concrete Leveling – Part 3

Conventional guns used for foam and coatings are regularly adapted for poly jacking by adding a different nose to the gun and usually adapting stronger side seals to keep the back pressure from causing foam to back up into the gun. Guns using static mixing tubes, which mix the material mechanically instead of by impingement in the mixing chamber can reduce the complexity and expense of some of the equipment. As with any system, there are trade offs, so understanding all the aspects and situations that arise during lifting is important.
