Fusion AP
The Air Purge (AP) gun is the go-to for spray polyurethane foam. After each pass, a blast of air purges the mix chamber — keeping the gun clean and ready for the next trigger pull. Extremely reliable in the field with minimal downtime.

Fusion CS
The Clean Shot (CS) gun features a self-cleaning rod that wipes the mix chamber between shots — eliminating the need for air purge and making it ideal for fast-reacting polyurea and elastomer coatings where clean, controlled shots are critical.

Fusion PC
The Piston Clean (PC) gun uses a mechanical piston to clean the mix chamber — handling high-viscosity materials and thick-bodied formulations that would challenge an air-purge system. Robust construction for demanding polyurea and hybrid coating applications.

Graco Heated Hose
Temperature Control All the Way to the Gun
The heated hose is the critical link between your Reactor proportioner and your spray gun. If the material cools in transit through the hose — even a few degrees — your cream time, rise profile, and adhesion will suffer. Graco heated hose maintains a consistent, precise material temperature from the machine all the way to the Fusion gun.
We stock Graco heated hose sets in both 50-foot and 100-foot lengths, with the appropriate fittings and end connections for Graco Reactor machines. Complete hose assembly with heat trace, insulation jacket, and thermocouples included.
Ideal for most residential jobs. Covers typical interior applications without excess hose drag. In stock and ready to ship.
For large commercial buildings, roofing, and agricultural applications where the machine stays outside. Maintains temp over longer runs.

Allow 20–30 minutes for hose to reach set point before spraying, especially in cold weather. Material that enters the mix chamber below temperature will cause off-ratio spray, poor adhesion, and gun blockages.
