How to Rebuild a Graco Fusion AP Spray Gun

Disassembly:
- Remove the air cap.
- Detach the mix chamber:
- Remove the side seals:
- Disassemble the trigger assembly:
- Take apart the fluid head.
- Clean all parts.
Reassembly:
- Reassemble the fluid head and reattach to the gun body.
- Put the trigger pin and trigger back into position and secure with screws.
- Replace the side seals and make sure they’re seated properly.
- Attach the mix chamber.
- Reattach the air cap to the mix chamber and tighten.
- Apply Graco-approved lubricant to moving parts per the manufacturer’s instructions.
Final Checks:
- Make sure all spray gun parts are secured and aligned to minimize damage or issues.
- Reconnect the air supply and perform a test spray to ensure the gun is working properly.
