Who We Are
Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, Inc. (ORFC) is an independent supplier of spray polyurethane foam (SPF) systems, polyurea coatings, plural-component spray equipment, and custom-built spray rigs. We're based in Green Lake, Wisconsin, and we've been helping contractors grow their businesses for over 40 years.
We carry products and equipment from the industry's most respected manufacturers — Graco, PMC, IPM, NCFI, and others — and we supplement those lines with Oak Ridge-branded chemical systems developed for the specific demands of professional applicators in the Midwest and beyond.
Our customers are professional spray foam insulation contractors, polyurea coating applicators, roofing contractors, agricultural building specialists, and anyone who needs plural-component spray equipment and the expertise to use it effectively. We've sold into 48 states.
We are not a big-box distributor. We're a small, specialized company where the people answering the phone have actually sprayed foam. That expertise is what we sell alongside the product.
What We Do

Custom Rig Builds
Complete spray foam rigs built to order: skid rigs, enclosed trailers, truck-mounted systems, and full box truck builds. 6–8 week lead time.
Applicator Training
Hands-on spray foam and polyurea training at our Green Lake facility or on-site at your location. Equipment startup, technique, and chemistry covered.
