About the Manufacturer
Polyurethane Machinery Corporation
PMC — Polyurethane Machinery Corporation — is one of the most respected names in plural-component proportioning equipment. Their machines are built for contractors who work hard, travel far, and can't afford downtime in the field. PMC proportioners are engineered with field serviceability at the forefront: most repairs can be made on the job without shipping the machine back to a shop.
PMC machines are widely used in commercial roofing, industrial polyurea coatings, and agricultural applications. Their heated hose systems and wide pressure range make them particularly well-suited for plural-component polyurea coatings — not just spray foam. If you're applying fast-set polyurea for containment, liners, or infrastructure coatings, PMC is a machine worth considering.
Oak Ridge has carried and supported PMC equipment for years. We keep parts in stock and can help you select the right model for your output requirements, application type, and budget.
PMC Machine Lineup
Pneumatic & Hydraulic Proportioners
PMC builds both pneumatic and hydraulic proportioners. Pneumatic machines are lighter and more portable; hydraulic machines deliver higher output and greater pressure range for demanding commercial work.
PMC AP-2
The AP-2 is PMC's entry-level pneumatic proportioner — compact, lightweight, and easy to transport. A solid starting machine for contractors doing lower-volume spray foam work such as residential insulation, small commercial jobs, or specialty coating applications where a full hydraulic rig isn't justified. Simple to operate and maintain.
- Air-driven — no hydraulic power pack required
- Ideal for lower-volume / residential applications
- Compact footprint — fits smaller rigs and vans
- Contact for pricing — contractor packages available
PMC AP-7
The AP-7 is PMC's mid-range pneumatic proportioner — popular with contractors who are scaling up from entry-level work and want more output without moving to a full hydraulic system. Higher flow rate than the AP-2 with a similar portability profile. A common choice for contractors doing mixed residential and light commercial work.
- Higher output than the AP-2 — better for crews scaling up
- Still air-driven — no hydraulic power pack needed
- Good crossover machine for foam and light polyurea work
- Contact for pricing — contractor packages available
PMC PH-40
The PH-40 is PMC's flagship high-output hydraulic proportioner — the PMC answer to the Graco H-40. At 40 lb/min output capacity, it's built for commercial roofing contractors and industrial polyurea applicators who need maximum production without sacrificing ratio accuracy. Excellent for fast-set polyurea coatings where precise 1:1 mix ratio is critical.
- 40 lb/min output — comparable to Graco H-40
- Hydraulic drive — high pressure range, multi-gun capable
- Ideal for commercial roofing & industrial polyurea
- Contact for pricing — contractor packages available

PMC Hydraulic Machines
PH-40 & PH-2 — In Stock
The PH series represents PMC's hydraulic proportioner lineup. Both machines are built for durability and field repairability — key advantages for contractors working on jobsites far from a service center.
PMC PH-40
High-output hydraulic proportioner rated at 40 lb/min. Purpose-built for commercial roofing contractors and industrial polyurea applicators who need maximum throughput with precise 1:1 ratio control. Stainless heated hose compatibility included.

PMC PH-2
Entry-level hydraulic proportioner — reliable, low-maintenance, and a strong value option for contractors who want hydraulic power without the PH-40 price tag. Commonly used as a secondary machine or a dedicated polyurea coating rig.

Design Features That Matter in the Field
PMC machines are designed from the ground up to be repaired on the job — accessible pump blocks, straightforward hydraulics, and common parts that can be replaced by a knowledgeable tech without sending the unit back to the factory.
PMC's heated hose systems use stainless steel construction throughout. Resistant to corrosive chemicals in polyurea B-side components, maintaining consistent material temperature over long hose runs — critical for fast-set polyurea coating work.
PMC hydraulic machines support a wide operating pressure range, giving applicators the flexibility to dial in the right pressure for foam, aromatic polyurea, and aliphatic coating applications without running at extremes that stress the machine.
Unlike machines tuned specifically for foam, PMC proportioners perform particularly well with fast-set plural-component polyurea coatings. The combination of high output, stainless hose, and precise ratio control makes PMC a preferred choice for industrial coating contractors.

Custom Rig Integration
PMC Equipment in a Complete Rig
Oak Ridge integrates PMC proportioners into complete custom spray rigs — enclosed trailers, truck skids, and box truck builds. Whether you're ordering a PMC machine as a stand-alone unit or as part of a fully outfitted production rig, we configure everything together: generator sizing, hose package, transfer pumps, and startup support.
- PMC proportioner installed and commissioned
- Diesel or gas generator sized to PMC power requirements
- Heated hose package matched to application type
- Spray gun, startup training, and parts kit included
PMC Spray Guns
MC-2 & MC-3 Impingement Mix Guns
PMC's MC-series spray guns use impingement mixing — the gold standard for fast-set polyurea applications where complete chemical mixing at the gun tip is critical to a defect-free coating. The MC-2 and MC-3 are built to handle the aggressive chemistry of aromatic and aliphatic polyurea systems.
Both guns are compatible with PMC proportioners and can be configured for different tip sizes to match your target output rate and coverage pattern. Oak Ridge stocks replacement parts including mix chambers, needles, seals, and tip kits.
- MC-2: Standard output impingement gun
- MC-3: Higher output, suited for PH-40 production rates
- Impingement mix design — ideal for polyurea coatings
- Rebuild kits, mix chambers, and tips stocked by Oak Ridge
PMC vs. Graco
We Carry Both — We'll Help You Choose
Oak Ridge is an authorized distributor for both Graco and PMC. We don't have a brand preference — we have your application and budget in mind. Here's how we typically think about the choice.
- Your primary application is polyurea coatings, not just foam
- You prefer a machine you can fix yourself in the field
- You're doing large-volume commercial roofing or industrial coatings
- Your crew already has experience with PMC equipment
- Spray foam insulation is your primary or only application
- You want the widest parts and service network in the industry
- Your applicators were trained on Graco and know the platform
- You want electric heat proportioner options (Reactor E-series)
Not sure which is right for you? Call us at 800-625-9577. We'll ask you a few questions about your applications, crew size, and budget — and give you a straight answer. We've been at this since 1984 and we'd rather help you buy the right machine than sell you the most expensive one.
