Built to help partners win more business.

Your Oak Ridge partnership is not just a product line — it is a package of tools, support, and pricing that helps you close more jobs and earn better margins.

Dealer Margins

Factory-direct pricing means you earn real margins on every sale — not distributor markups on top of distributor markups. Volume tiers and rebate programs reward growth. Margins widen as your volume increases.

  • Volume rebate programs
  • No hard minimums to start

Training

A dedicated technical support line staffed by people who actually know the products — not a call center. Support includes application troubleshooting, spec writing assistance, SDS/TDS documentation, and project-specific guidance.

  • Dedicated support phone line
  • Full SDS / TDS library
  • Spec writing & troubleshooting help

Co-Branding Options

Co-branded marketing materials, spec sheets, and product photography for your sales team. Co-op advertising support for qualified dealers. Oak Ridge's 40-year manufacturing reputation backs your business at every customer touch point.

  • Co-branded spec sheets & product sheets

  • Product photography access

Territory Options

Protected and preferred territory arrangements available. We work with you on territory definitions that match your market coverage. Higher-volume accounts can discuss exclusive arrangements.

  • Nationwide shipping coverage

Dedicated Account Manager

A real person at Oak Ridge who knows your account, your territory, and your customers. Not a ticketing system. Your account manager handles pricing questions, rush orders, project specs, and customer escalations.

  • Named account manager
  • Priority quote & order handling
  • Parts & accessories at dealer cost

Three steps to becoming a dealer.

Want the detail? The application guide below covers exactly what we look for, what happens after you apply, and what you receive as a dealer.

Apply

Fill out the dealer application below. Tell us about your business, territory, current product lines, and experience. Takes about 5 minutes.

Everything you need before you hit "apply".

No mystery, no runaround. Here is exactly what we look for, what the application asks, what happens after you send it, and what you get once you are on board.

What we look for in a dealer

We are not looking for a storefront or a warehouse — plenty of our best partners run a trailer and a phone. We are looking for people who will represent the product well.

  • A legitimate business. An active company in spray foam, polyurea, coatings, roofing, construction or industrial supply — with the licensing and insurance your state requires.
  • Hands-on capability. Either you spray it yourself, you employ crews who do, or you sell to people who do. You need to be able to answer a customer question without calling us first.
  • A defined market. Tell us the territory you actually service. Realistic beats ambitious — we would rather protect a county you dominate than a state you visit.
  • Willingness to train. New to spray foam? That is fine. We just need a commitment to run our applicator training before you put material on a job.
  • Straight dealing. Honest quoting, real service after the sale, and no misrepresenting what a product can do. Our name goes on the job with yours.

What happens after you apply

  1. 1 We read it — within 2 business days A real person at Oak Ridge reviews your application. If something is unclear we call rather than reject.
  2. 2 A short discovery call Fifteen minutes on the phone: what you spray or sell, the territory you cover, what volume looks like, and which product lines make sense to start with.
  3. 3 Territory check We look at who is already active in your area and tell you honestly what territory arrangement is available — preferred or exclusive.
  4. 4 Pricing tier set up We place you on the dealer pricing tier that matches your expected volume. Tiers move up as you grow; there is no hard minimum to get started.
  5. 5 Account, docs and first order Account manager assigned, SDS/TDS library access, marketing materials, and training booked if you need it. Most new dealers place their first dealer-priced order the same week.

Have these ready before you start

The application takes about five minutes if you have this in front of you.

What you receive as a dealer

Pricing

Factory-direct dealer pricing with volume tiers and rebate programs. No distributor markup stacked on distributor markup. No hard minimum order to begin.

Territory

Preferred territory while you are active and meeting volume guidelines — we will not go recruiting a competing dealer next door. Exclusive arrangements are on the table for higher-volume accounts.

Support

A named account manager, a technical support line answered by people who have actually sprayed foam, full SDS/TDS library access, spec-writing help and troubleshooting.

Marketing

Co-branded spec sheets and product sheets, product photography, and co-op advertising support for qualifying dealers.

Training

Priority booking on our applicator training schedule for you, your crews and your own customers.

Spray foam applicator training is a one day course.

One day. That is the whole commitment. Our spray foam applicator training is a single-day, hands-on course run by people who spray for a living — not a week of classroom time and not a video series you watch alone.

We run it at our Green Lake, Wisconsin facility, and we also come to you and run it on-site at your shop when that works better for your crew. Training is included with every rig purchase, and dealers get priority booking on the schedule.

Book a training date

Dates are scheduled around your crew's availability. Call us or send a request and we will get you on the calendar.

What the day covers

  • Equipment startup, shutdown and daily maintenance on your proportioner and gun
  • Mix ratios, pressures and temperatures — and how to read the machine when they drift
  • Spray technique: passes, thickness, yield and how to avoid the common defects
  • Substrate preparation and what to check before you pull the trigger
  • Foam and coating chemistry in plain language — why the material behaves the way it does
  • Job-site safety, PPE and ventilation practice
  • Troubleshooting the failures you will actually hit in the field

Who it is for

New applicators. Your first time behind a gun. You will leave having actually sprayed, not having watched someone spray.

New crew members. Bringing on help? Send them through so the whole crew works to the same standard.

Contractors buying a rig. Training is included with every rig purchase — we commission the rig and train you on it.

Dealers and their customers. Dealers get priority booking, and can send their own customers through so the material gets applied correctly.

"Becoming an Oak Ridge dealer was one of the best decisions we made. The pricing is competitive, the support is outstanding, and our customers love the product quality."

Dealer Program Questions

We look for businesses with a legitimate commercial presence in the spray foam, polyurea, or related construction / industrial markets. This includes active contractors, distributors, equipment dealers, and coating applicators. You do not need a storefront — many of our dealers operate as mobile spray businesses. We review each application individually and discuss the program fit with you before approving.
There is no hard minimum order to get started. However, higher volume commitments unlock better pricing tiers. When we review your application, we will discuss your anticipated volume and set you up with the pricing tier that makes sense for your business. Volume incentives and rebate programs are available for larger accounts.
Yes, territory options are available and discussed during the dealer approval process. We offer preferred territory arrangements — meaning we will not actively recruit competing dealers in your area while you are active and meeting volume guidelines. Fully exclusive territory agreements are available for high-volume accounts. This is one of the things we discuss during approval.
Dealers get a dedicated account manager, access to our full SDS/TDS library, priority booking for training, co-branded marketing materials, technical support by phone and email, and access to our parts and accessories at dealer pricing. We also offer co-op advertising support and can help you build quotes and specifications for large projects.
