What "Complete Rig" Actually Means Here
A finished Oak Ridge rig is not a trailer with a machine set inside it. It is wired, plumbed, load-balanced and spray-tested as one unit, so the first thing you do with it is work.
Graco Reactor or PMC hydraulic unit bolted down, plumbed and wired to the panel.
Generator sized to the machine and heated hose, plus a compressor for the gun.
Heated hose on a reel, gun, tips and whips — set up and pressure tested.
We run material through it, set the temps and hand you the numbers.
We Will Build It the Way You Spray
Different platform, bigger machine, second gun, third stream — spec it out and we will quote the build. Most rigs go out the door in weeks, not months.
