Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, Inc. offers comprehensive in-person training classes for spray foam insulation and polyurea coating applicators. We cover machine operating procedures, maintenance, spraying techniques, and other topics to help you meet your business goals.

Our Training Schedule

Our polyurea and spray foam classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-person at our facility in Green Lake, Wisconsin. We begin promptly at 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST. and the training sessions last a full day.

Spray Foam & Polyurea Training Costs

Training is free with rig purchase, a $300 value for each company and training for up to 3 people. For each additional person, please add $100. Lunch and all training materials will be provided. 

Requirements for Training

Prior to the start of the polyurea and spray foam insulation training, participants must pass an online safety test through Spray Polyurethane Foam Health & Safety (high pressure) and complete the NCFI Product Stewardship Manual (PSM-contact office for this link). Send a signed copy of both your Safety Certificate and the completed PSM form to our office. This documentation must be completed and turned in 24 hours prior to training.
