OR 7001 is a single-component polyurethane primer that exhibits high adhesion to rolled roofing, concrete, wood, and steel. Its low viscosity allows it to penetrate porous substrates and lock down the surface ahead of polyurea or polyurethane topcoats.
OR 7001 also serves as a tie coat primer when applying polyurea or polyurethane coatings over an existing coating.
Substrate must remain above 40°F until fully cured (approximately 1–2 hours); topcoat within the 2-hour recoat window. Coverage on rough or porous surfaces may be as low as 100 sq ft per gallon. Clean uncured material with MEK.
