OR 74LS is a single-component, moisture-cure silicone roof coating designed for the UV and temperature extremes found on roofs. It cures at normal temperature and humidity in 1–3 hours by reacting with moisture in the air.
Use it to restore and protect spray foam roofs, metal, single-ply, and built-up roofing with a seamless, ponding-water-resistant silicone membrane.
Due to the high viscosity of the material, apply with a high-pressure airless sprayer producing a minimum of 3,500 PSI at the spray head (5,000 PSI class pump recommended with a reverse-a-clean tip).
