OR 70SS is a 100% solids aromatic polyurea elastomer that cures without shrinkage, engineered for structural protection, roofing overlays over spray foam, and heavy commercial applications.
It offers a long open application window, wide application range (substrates from 40°F to 100°F, cures at temperatures down to -40°F), high temperature tolerance, and strong abrasion resistance on vertical or horizontal surfaces. Standard tint colors include dark gray, black, brown, silver, blue, and green.
Process at 160°F and 2,200 PSI with plural-component equipment. Coverage is approximately 80 sq ft per gallon at 20 mils; surface hardness approximately 70 Shore D.
