OR93BL is a two-component, 100% solids (zero VOC) spray-applied polyurea membrane with outstanding mechanical characteristics — excellent tensile strength, high elongation, good wear and tear-propagation resistance, and lasting crack-bridging properties.
Applied with specialist plural-component spray equipment, OR93BL begins curing in seconds, allowing vertical application and rapid build-up to the desired thickness. It retains a high degree of elasticity even at low temperatures and can be applied down to 32°F (rising, 6°F above dew point). The membrane accepts light traffic after 2 hours.
Gel time is 6–8 seconds, tack free in 10–12 seconds, and full-service use in 2 hours. Theoretical coverage is approximately 4,100 sq ft per 950 lb kit at 40 mils.
