TerraThane 24-010 is NCFI's 2.8 lb/ft³ geotechnical polyurethane foam for concrete lifting and leveling, void filling, and soil stabilization.
Injected beneath settled slabs through small ports, it expands with controlled force to raise driveways, sidewalks, warehouse floors, and roadways back to grade — with minutes, not days, of downtime. Its hydro-insensitive formulation performs in wet soil conditions.
Process with heated plural-component equipment fitted for slab-lifting injection per the TerraThane 24-010 technical data sheet.
