DC-315 is a water-based intumescent coating tested and recognized as an alternative 15-minute thermal barrier and ignition barrier over spray polyurethane foam.
It allows SPF installations to meet building code requirements in attics, crawl spaces, and exposed-foam applications without installing drywall. Apply by airless sprayer directly over cured foam at the film thickness specified in the evaluation report for your assembly.
Refer to the DC-315 data and application guide for listed assemblies, required wet/dry film thickness, and inspection documentation.
