OR7K is Oak Ridge's workhorse 100% solids, two-component, fast-set aromatic polyurea. Sprayed with heated plural-component equipment, it gels in seconds, builds thickness on vertical surfaces without sagging, and returns to service quickly.
Typical applications include commercial and industrial roofing, secondary containment for chemical storage, manure pit and lagoon liners, tank and pipeline exteriors, and heavy-wear industrial floors. Zero VOC, seamless, and moisture tolerant once applied.
Process at approximately 160°F block/hose temperature and 2,200+ PSI with a 1:1 ratio plural-component proportioner such as the Graco Reactor or PMC PH-series.
